At Make Trip India, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Below is our tour cancellation policy that outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our tours:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@maketripindia.com. The cancellation request will be considered effective on the date it is received by Make Trip India.
Note: If Booking For Following Period Is/Are Cancelled, Due To Whatsoever Reason, No Refund Would Be Made For Said Cancellation.
High Peak Season Bookings (From 20th December To 15th January).
Festival Period Bookings (Festivals Like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair Etc).
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or if travelers fail to join the tour on the specified departure date and time.
If part of a group cancels their reservation, the applicable cancellation charges will be calculated based on the number of travelers who cancel.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 60 business days after receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the initial booking.
Some components of the tour, such as non-refundable hotel bookings or special event tickets, may not be eligible for a refund even if the entire tour is canceled.
In cases where tour cancellations are due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or similar force majeure events, Make Trip India reserves the right to determine the refund amount on a case-by-case basis.
In the unlikely event that Make Trip India has to cancel or significantly alter a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be offered the option of an alternative tour, a credit towards a future tour, or a full refund.
We strongly recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and other unforeseen events. Please note that the specific cancellation policy may vary depending on the tour package and its associated terms and conditions. It's important to carefully review the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
