Booking and Payments:

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The full payment must be made by the specified due date before the start of the trip. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be effective on the date received by Make Trip India.
The cancellation fee will be determined based on the time of cancellation relative to the departure date.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy and may take a certain amount of time to reflect.

Itinerary Changes:

Make Trip India reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, or local events. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or compensate for any changes.

Travel Documents and Health:

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) are valid and up-to-date before departure. Travelers are responsible for complying with health requirements, vaccinations, and medical precautions before the trip.

Insurance:

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

Responsibility and Liability:

Make Trip India acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers such as hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services.

Code of Conduct:

Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and cultures at all times. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to illegal activities, harassment, or disregard for cultural norms, will not be tolerated.

Force Majeure:

Make Trip India shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, and other force majeure events.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Agra, India. By booking a trip with Make Trip India, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms
